XLNC1 104.9 FM’S 2009 Andrea Bocelli Sweepstakes XLNC1 104.9 FM is offering the chance to win one pair of tickets to Andrea Bocelli, Sunday, December 13. These Official Rules pertain to the Andrea Bocelli Sweepstakes and this sweepstakes is only valid during the times set forth below. 1. NO DONATION, PLEDGE, PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. 2. Employees of radio stations XLNC1 104.9 FM, its affiliates and their public relations agencies, participating sponsors, family members (family is defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents) are ineligible. 3. Nature of Sweepstakes. a. November 24 to December 8 entrants wishing to make a pledge along with their entry into the sweepstakes can do so by: i. Calling into XLNC1 104.9 FM at (866)585-1049 or (619) 575-9090 Ext. 413 ii. Entering online at https://www.xlnc1.org/webpledge2009.php; iii. Completing the attached Andrea Bocelli Sweepstakes entry form and mailing the completed form to 1690 Frontage Road, Chula Vista, CA 91911. b. Beginning on November 24, 2009 and continuing until December 8, 2009, entrants wishing to enter the sweepstakes without making a pledge can do so by: i. Completing a Andrea Bocelli Meet and Greet Sweepstakes entry form, which can be downloaded from https://xlnc1.org/sweepstakesentryonly.htp and mailing the completed entry form to 1690 Frontage Road, Chula Vista, CA 91911. 4. *All entries must be received by XLNC1 104.9 FM prior to December 8, 2009.* 5. XLNC1 104.9 FM is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. 6. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. 7. All entries received in accordance with the Official Rules will be entered into a drawing and will be eligible to win one pair of tickets to Andrea Bocelli, Sunday, December 13. 8. The Prize. a. One pair of tickets to Andrea Bocelli, Sunday, December at the Honda Center in Anaheim California. Value of the tickets is $400.00. 9. An Andrea Bocelli Sweepstakes winner will be randomly drawn from a pool of all entrants by a station employee within 72 hours of the end of the sweepstakes period and notified within 48 hours after that. The winning name will be posted on XLNC1 104.9 FM’s website and may not be announced on-air. 10. The name of the entrant that appears on the Official/Original Andrea Bocelli Sweepstakes entry form is the official winner of the pair of tickets to the Andrea Bocelli Concert at the Honda Center. Transfers or substitutions will not be permitted and prizes cannot be exchanged or sold. 11. Taxes. Any taxes, fees or additional expenses incurred as a result of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner of the Andrea Bocelli Sweepstakes. A 1099 tax form will be issued to the winner. 12. Release. The winner must sign a release permitting reasonable use for promotional purposes and in all media of the participant’s name, likeness, and biographical information and releasing XLNC1 104.9 FM, and its affiliates and participating sponsors from any and all claims, liabilities and damages, arising directly or indirectly out of the award of the prize or that may be sustained directly or indirectly in connection with participation in this sweepstakes. 13. Responsibility. XLNC1 104.9 FM and participating sponsors shall have no responsibility for any claimed failure or inability to participate, win and/or claim any prize based on allegations of telephone, internet, website, e-mail, or mail problems and will not be responsible for any claims, liabilities, losses, repairs, damage or injuries arising out of or in connection with participating in the Andrea Bocelli Sweepstakes or with the services, merchandise or other benefits obtained by the winner of Andrea Bocelli Sweepstakes. 14. The decision of XLNC1 104.9 FM Management in the interpretation of these Official Rules is final and sweepstakes participants agree to be bound by the decision of the staff of the station. 15. XLNC1 104.9 FM reserves the right to make any rule changes which will be announced promptly and conspicuously. 16. All prizes must be picked up in person within thirty (30) days after selection at the XLNC1 104.9 FM office at 1690 Frontage Road, Chula Vista, CA 91911 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; thereafter the prize remains the property of XLNC1 104.9 FM. 17. The number of entries received will determine the odds of winning. 18. Only one entry allowed per person. 19. Sweepstakes is only open to persons eighteen (18) years or older. 20. Sweepstakes is only open to residents of California. 21. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 22. A copy of these Official Rules is available for viewing online at https://www.xlnc1.org/Sweepstakerules.htm and will also be retained and available for public inspection at the XLNC1 104.9 FM office at 1690 Frontage Road, Chula Vista, CA 91911 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. |
